All-State
Our All-State Assessment files are available by August 1st of each year. You can choose assessment files for individual instruments, or choose the whole set including specialty instruments. All assessment files come prepared with any errata and cuts. After receiving your files you only need to upload them to your SmartMusic account and assign them to your students.
All-District
Middle School directors interested in All-District Assessment Files can contact us below to see if we have your Districts music in stock. If we do not, we are happy to create the files for you. Once you provide us with your music, we can create these files for you within a week.
Solo and Ensemble
Every director knows the student growth that results from the Solo and Ensemble process, but we don’t always have as much time as we would like to work with all of our students on multiple solos and ensembles. To help you avoid assigning solos en mass, we can create assessment files for your solos and ensembles. This allows you to monitor students through the “notes and rhythm” phase of learning while freeing up time for you to work on high level skills with students one on one.
UIL and Concert
Ensemble time is for ensemble work. Imagine coming to your first rehearsal after winter break with confidence that your students know their notes and rhythms. We can help your students through the “notes and rhythms” phase with UIL Assessment Files. Lead times on these files vary based on demand. For early delivery we recommend contacting us by the end of October. Change your mind? No problem, we offer discounts for multiple works in the same school year.
